Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No full or partial refund is available.

Why?

A. Information is revealed and that knowledge can not be erased from your memory and be returned, contrary to an object.

B. You are locking in a period of time.

• When subscribing to a video course, you are locking in a full year access to the content. A substantial rebate is offered by locking in the access for a year upfront.

• When subscribing to our trading chart indicators, you are locking in a full month or a full year. A substantial rebate is offered by locking in that month or year upfront.
• You can cancel a monthly subscription at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
• You can pause/unpause a yearly subscription for one or several months. 12 months will still be served.

Delivery of Products & Services

When purchasing access to a video course, the access is provided as soon as we have processed your order. An email is sent to you with the link to access the video course.

When subscribing to our trading chart indicator(s), we need to MANUALLY add your username inside of TradingView in order to add you as a private user of our invite-only script(s)/indicator(s). Only one admin has such access and depending on how busy he is, it usually requires 1 to 3 business days. Please be patient. No day(s) of service is lost, the beginning date of use is simply slightly delayed. You will receive the number of days of service covered by the subscription that you have purchased (e.g., 30 days from the day the indicator(s) is/are activated).

When subscribing to a mentoring/coaching program, finding/scheduling the right window matching both the client and the mentor can require some time. Please be patient. No days of service are lost, the beginning date is then simply delayed. You will receive the number of days of service covered by the subscription purchased (e.g., 1 week, 1 month or 1 year from the day we start the mentoring).
